I'm Blessed and Thankful

Ok so maybe our thanksgiving feast didn't look like that but I'm thankful for the time spent with my brother and sister. My parents too....lol even though my mom is a little too much for me sometime I'm still blessed to have her as my mother.

So my last few blogs have been about the decline of gas prices which has put a smile on my face! But, something else that is putting a smile on my face is that the other day I got a letter saying I overpaid on something and they sent a check but shows that it was never cashed. I thought hmmm.....must have gotten lost in the mess! So they said to sign it and send it back and they will send me a check for $195! Awesome! Can't wait! LOL it will be like Christmas in the form of the USPS! Granted, its my money but, its nice I'm getting it back!

Growing up...

Is hard to do!! Seriously, I know people MY age who have families and careers and seem to have it all figured out. I feel like I am still in college and trying to figure out the rest of my life! It's ok though because I know God is on MY side and has a plan for me. It was a sad day when my sister graduated from HS. It was even sadder when I helped her move out and drove her to her new dorm room. I cried. I was the first one out but, I also was the first one back home! LOL My brother just told me that he is moving out within the next month. I want to cry. Granted, he'll be 26 next month but, he's never left. Where is he going? Why? Who is going to be there? I want to know!!! I'm not that close with my brother but, I still worry and look out for them. Or them for me, in most cases!!



ahh...how fast they grow up! My sister is now in her 3rd year of college or 4th. I forget. My brother is younger and makes wayyyy more money than I do. HE practically makes in 1 month what I make in 2. And that's why I'm not the "golden child."
